Securter systems is a Toronto based FinTech B2B2C Startup, offering both merchants & card holders a solution to combat online fraud & optimize the payment processing funnel.

Project scope: define feature requirements, design wireframes for web and mobile apps, and create a strategic roadmap for a solution that reduces card-not-present fraud and false declines, offering an alternative to traditional POS terminals.

A personal project built during a Toronto Product Management Association (TPMA) mentorship program: an AI financial advisor for a fictional bank (MyBank) that answers customers’ spending and savings questions, grounded in their own linked account data.

Project scope: take an agentic AI product from value hypothesis to a working, evaluated and monitored MVP in a regulated domain. I defined the value hypotheses, scope and acceptance criteria, and designed a multi-agent flow: a router, a cashflow specialist and a compliance guardrail. These connect to account data through a custom MCP server, and tested code handles every calculation so the AI never makes up numbers. I validated it with evals (4,000+ calculation checks with 0 mismatches, and 14/15 end-to-end tests passing) and LangSmith monitoring, at about 1¢ per customer question.

Actonic is an EU based software company offering B2B SaaS Apps on the Atlassian marketplace (Jira, Confluence), protecting personal identifiable information (PII) & comply with GDPR regulation.

Project scope: conduct product–market fit analysis, customer interviews, and product demos for an Atlassian App that helps companies comply with data privacy laws across cloud, server, and data center environments.

An EU based eCommerce company upgrading a traditional reselling platform to a marketplace allowing buyers & sellers to trade event tickets.

Project scope: conduct product-market-fit and business-model analysis, translate insights into product requirements for a new marketplace with an improved headless-commerce architecture & tech-stack geared to streamline workflow with more flexibility, scalability and automation capabilities. Work included wireframes, Figma design & workflow diagrams. Manage backlog in Jira, plan sprints and monitor product roadmap. Built an automated data-scrapping and price benchmarking module that involved data collection, cleaning and transforming it into a standardized format displayed in a friendly UI.
