Online Payment Security Solution

Securter systems is a Canadian FinTech B2B2C Startup, offering both merchants & card holders a solution to combat online fraud & optimize the payment processing funnel.

Project scope: define feature requirements, design wireframes for web and mobile apps, and create a strategic roadmap for a solution that reduces card-not-present fraud and false declines, offering an alternative to traditional POS terminals.

Event-Ticket Marketplace

A Cypriot eCommerce company upgrading a traditional reselling platform to a marketplace allowing buyers & sellers to trade event tickets.

Project scope: conduct product-market-fit and business-model analysis, translate insights into product requirements for a new marketplace with an improved headless-commerce architecture & tech-stack geared to streamline workflow with more flexibility, scalability and automation capabilities. Work included wireframes, Figma design & workflow diagrams. Manage backlog in Jira, plan sprints and monitor product roadmap. Built an automated data-scrapping and price benchmarking module that involved data collection, cleaning and transforming it into a standardized format displayed in a friendly UI.

Private Data Protection Atlassian Marketplace App

Actonic is a German software company offering B2B SaaS Apps on the Atlassian marketplace, protecting personal identifiable information (PII) & comply with GDPR regulation.

Project scope: conduct product–market fit analysis, customer interviews, and product demos for an Atlassian App that helps companies comply with data privacy laws across cloud, server, and data center environments.
